Kaltenbach at EuroBLECH 2026: POWERFUL SOLUTIONS. PASSIONATE PEOPLE.
Under the motto "POWERFUL SOLUTIONS. PASSIONATE PEOPLE.", the Kaltenbach Group will present its latest solutions for automated steel and metal processing at EuroBLECH 2026, taking place from October 20 to 23 in Hanover, Germany. At Hall 12, Booth 12-C52, visitors can explore powerful machinery, intelligent software solutions, and integrated automation concepts designed to optimize modern production environments.

Experience the New M-Line Live
One of the key highlights at this year’s exhibition will be the new M-Line, featuring the KDM 1024 drilling machine and the KBP 1001 band saw. This newly developed machine platform bridges the gap between the robust S-Line entry-level solution and the high-performance P-Line designed for the most demanding applications.
Specifically developed for growing steel fabrication and steel distribution companies, the M-Line combines high performance with versatile processing capabilities and extensive automation options. Based on the proven technology of the P-Line, it delivers precise drilling and milling while enabling seamless integration into automated production lines.
Visitors to EuroBLECH will have the opportunity to see the M-Line live in action and experience the advantages of this new generation of drill-saw combinations firsthand.
Key technical features include:
- Drilling up to Ø 40 mm
- Milling operations with a movable drilling axis up to 300 mm
- Automatic tool changer with 24 tool positions
- Three independent processing zones of 300 × 500 mm
- Workpiece dimensions up to 1120 × 500 mm
- Compatibility with automated production lines and band saw systems
A particular automation highlight is the Short Piece Gripper (SPG). The system automatically handles and sorts short parts up to 1,500 mm in length, enabling a fully automated material flow from initial processing through to the finished component.

Fully Automated Sawing and Drilling for Smaller Profiles
Another highlight on display will be the KKS 463 NA | KD 140 saw-drill system. Combining a circular saw with a 4-axis drilling machine, the system has been developed for the fully automated and unattended processing of smaller steel profiles.
The machine integrates sawing, drilling, tapping, milling, flow drilling, and marking into a single system. It processes round material starting from 15 mm in diameter as well as profiles and square sections up to 140 × 140 mm, while also enabling mitre cuts of up to ±20°.
An automatic tool changer, intelligent material pre-storage, and fully automated part sorting significantly increase productivity and material utilization. Remnant lengths as short as 15 mm ensure maximum material efficiency, while automatic changeover during material transitions minimizes manual intervention.

Digital Intelligence for Production
In addition to its machinery solutions, Kaltenbach will present the latest generation of its Human Machine Interface (HMI), offering even more intuitive operation and improved access to production data.
Kaltenbach will also showcase Profiline, its software solution for integrated production management. Profiline connects machines, material flow, and production planning into one seamless system while providing centralized control and continuous optimization of the entire production line.
Acting as the intelligent control center of the production process, Profiline automatically translates ERP orders into optimized production sequences, nests products to maximize material utilization, controls machines and transport systems, calculates process times, and tracks orders in real time. The result is a transparent and highly efficient production workflow with minimal manual intervention and maximum utilization of available resources.

Additional Exhibits on Display
