The M-Line bridges the gap between the S-Line, the robust entry-level solution, and the P-Line, the top class for the highest demands – offering a stable, efficient foundation for continuous daily operation.

Optimized for Performance, Versatility, and Growth

Based on the proven technology of the P-Line, the M-Line combines precise drilling and milling with a newly developed, high-performance drilling machine – delivering higher output, expanded functionality, and seamless integration into automated production lines.

Automation and Intelligent Control

Thanks to state-of-the-art software solutions, the M-Line can be easily integrated into existing production processes and centrally controlled. Automatic material measurement, integrated process optimization, and user-friendly operating interfaces ensure maximum efficiency and transparency.
A special highlight is the Short Piece Gripper (SPG): This system automatically sorts short parts up to 1500 mm in length, handles both straight and miter cuts, and offers three discharge positions. This enables a fully automated workflow from the first to the final processing step – without any manual intervention.

Premiere at EMO 2025 in Hanover

The new M-Line will be presented to the public for the first time at EMO 2025 in Hanover from September 22 to 26, 2025. KALTENBACH will be exhibiting in Hall 17, Stand C28.
