Steel Processing Technology
Founded in 1887 and headquartered in Lörrach, Kaltenbach GmbH + Co. KG develops and manufactures solutions for sawing, drilling and thermal cutting.
Kaltenbach is known for the development of the metal circular saw with the saw blade coming from below. With a diverse portfolio that includes machines for sawing, drilling and thermal cutting, Kaltenbach creates pioneering solutions for metal processing. Around 130 employees focus on the production and development of innovative processes and systems for processing steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals that meet the highest quality standards.

Circular Sawing Expertise
Kaltenbach Cutting Systems GmbH, a member of the Kaltenbach Group, focuses on the manufacture of semi-automatic and fully automatic universal saws, drilling machines, length measuring and material transport equipment as well as reconditioning of used machines “Made in Germany”. Over 100,000 circular saws supplied are proof of this: Kaltenbach saws are the optimal choice for all industries - from metalworking to vehicle construction. Almost all types of steel profiles and solid materials can be seen reliably and with the shortest cycle times. Around 50 employees work at the production site in Lörrach, Germany.

Surface Treatment Expertise
Founded in 1922, Gietart became part of the Kaltenbach Group in 2009 and offers state-of-the-art blasting and painting systems to ensure the quality of steel products. With decades of expertise and a strong focus on innovation, Kaltenbach B.V. continually works to reduce operating costs, enhance process insight, and strengthen the sustainability of surface treatment solutions. In addition to proven blasting and painting systems for profiles, sheets, and complete structures, the product range includes logistics, control, and information systems. About 70 dedicated employees work at the production site in Hengelo, the Netherlands.
