Consists of two KKS 400 H machines with travelling frame and central control system
One machine can be positioned for the adjustment of the desired off-cut length
Operation of both machines is controlled centrally via foot switch
At any time both of the machines can also be operated separately
Aditionally on one of the machines a length measuring device can be fitted

Workpiece clamping
- Vertical long-stroke clamping cylinder
- Large scale pressure piece for secure clamping on both sides of the saw blade

- Horizontal clamping device to the right and left of the saw blade (option)
- Clamping aid for thin-walled profiles
- Additional clamping for example sawing of acute angles

Individual feed adjustment
- Universal, infinitely-variable adjustment, even during the sawing process
- Lower feed rate with stainless steels, higher feed rate for tubes

- Optionally available in addition to water cooling for “near-dry“ machining
