KALTENBACH takes over the Shotblast  Manufacturing Facility from Gietart Machinefabriek B.V., Hengelo

With effect from the 20th of November 2009 KALTENBACH, Lörrach, Germany has taken over the Shotblast Manufacturing Facility of Gietart by means of an Asset Deal. Gietart Machinefabriek B.V. unfortunately was forced to declare insolvency by 11th November 2009 and is since 18th November 2009 in receivership. With this investment in the range of shotblasting and painting lines, Kaltenbach extends its leading position as a system provider for structural sections and plate material.
